The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) for the December 2023/January 2024 session on Sunday, January 21, in various cities across the country at examination centers. The examination took place in two sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours, on Sunday, January 21. According to feedback received from candidates who appeared for both Paper 1, conducted for eligibility for teaching classes 1 to 5, and Paper 2, conducted for teaching classes 6 to 8, both papers were of a ‘Moderate Difficulty’ nature. Several candidates mentioned that the paper was ‘lengthy,’ and the exam duration was not sufficient.
CTET 2024: Answer Key to be Released Soon
Candidates who appeared for the CTET January 2024 Paper 1 and Paper 2, numbering in the lakhs, are now eagerly awaiting the release of the answer key (CTET 2024 Answer Key). The provisional answer keys for both papers, featuring questions asked by the CBSE, will be released for candidates. Their objections to these answers will be invited through an online mode, and a prescribed fee will be charged by the board for reviewing these objections. After reviewing the received objections, the final answer key and results will be declared.
CTET 2024: Know When the Answer Key will be Released?
However, candidates should note that the CBSE has not announced the date for the release of the CTET Answer Key for January 2024. Considering the pattern of the previous session’s examination, unofficial answer keys (CTET Answer Key 2024) may be released by the board within a month of conducting the exam. In this regard, it is anticipated that the CBSE may release the CTET Answer Key by February 20, 2024.
CTET 2024: How to Download Answer Key?
The provisional answer keys for CTET 2024 will be released on the official website of CBSE, ctet.nic.in. Candidates will need to visit the examination portal to download the answer keys, and then, from the active link on the home page, candidates can download the CTET 2024 Answer Key.
